Mr. Grostyan was able to successfully negotiate a resolution whereby the client would pay a fine on the Petty Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is not considered a crime, and the Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana in a Motor Vehicle charge was dismissed. The client did not incur a driver’s license revocation. In addition, the client lived out-of-state and the matter resolved without the client returning to Minnesota to deal with the charges.

Mr. Grostyan was able to work with the County Attorney to see that the client was not also charged with a felony burglary charge in exchange for client’s guilty plea on possession of burglary tools. Client was not required to serve any additional jail time as a result of conviction.
